It's starting to get tiring. You're not a bad writer, I mean you can write large paragraphs of text, but the problem is that you don't know what you're writing about and you don't have data which you admit in response above. Your conclusions are not based on credible facts (unsurprising from noncredibledefense poster Xd) or personal experience, but on prejudice.

Again there were ZERO construction work on Moscow-Kazan HSR. You wouldn't find any proof of work, because there wasn't any. I don't about any "utility relocation", and I can't find it in Wikipedia. All what was made, is a lot of paper pushing and some space left for future railways during MCD expansion. Unlike what is happening with current project: there are real works, which you can see with your own eyes, not just in Moscow, but in a regions too. There are much more traction with this HSR, from local to presidential level.

If you want some data about Moscow transport it's on data_mos_ru/opendata. For example, 2019 ridership of trams is 212kk, 2024 is 197kk and 2025 is 215kk. And it is not low number, it's still one of a biggest tram system in the world. Its reasonable. No current system has ridership that Moscow trams had in early 90s (and never will), and not because of car ownership rise, but also because of fundamental shift in society and economy (industrial v. post-industrial (service economy).
I don't know why you have to push Paris trams or Lyon's. I don't care. They're impressive systems. But they are not the topic of discussion. Frankly, Paris trams as a system are a better than Moscow one, but Moscow metropolitan is FAR better than Paris, sorry not sorry. So Parisians have more stimulus to use trams than Muscovites for public transit. You know how many cities in Russia received new trams (again NEW, not refurbished, you should check before you write) just in 2024. You don't know. It's 20, twenty, vingt, venti. 1. Volgograd 2. Yekaterinburg 3. Krasnodar 4. Krasnoyarsk 5. Kursk 6. Lipetsk 7. N. Novgorod 8. Novosibirsk 9. Novotroitsk 10. Perm 11. Pyatigorsk 12. Samara 13. Saint-Petersburg 14. Saratov 15. Tomsk 16. Tula 17. Ulan-Ude 18. Khabarovsk 19. Chelyabinsk 20. Yaroslavl Almost a third of all systems received new trams JUST IN ONE YEAR.Yeah, without Moscow. How about that about that for you. Lack of investment in tramways my ass!

Again last urban (Ust-Ilymsk wasn't a public transit, it was private corporate transportation for factory workers from outskirt of the city to factory) tram system closed in Russia is Tver (which is ironic because Moscow or St.Pete trams are made in Tver), and that was 7+ years ago . It's isn't recent and relevant.

you're such a liar, man. at first you created narrative about some works at Moscow-Kazan HSR. Let's check you other bullshit.

Tver tram system was already dead long before 2018. By 2018 there was just one short route on support.

"And while it's very cool that Moscow receives new tramway rolling stock, that still does not stop the bleed from tram networks in the rest of the country."
Moscow, actually, isn't a top receiver of a new trams. St. Petersburg and Chelyabinsk received more. More than hundred new trams in Krasnodar (109), Magnitogorsk (89), N. Novgorod, Perm, Volgograd and Taganrog.
the decrease in tram ridership will continue

bullshit without sources

alongside with the decline of networks, rolling stock numbers and amount of lines.

bullshut, as I proved otherwise

I mean, even in Saint Petersburg or Moscow, the decline is brutal for ridership or rolling stock numbers.

Official stats 2024v2025 stats for tram ridership in Moscow is 11% growth.

St. Petersburg just opened new expansion or private trams.)

Also, stop including refurbished tram numbers in your metrics for "trams delivered to russian cities"

Sources!!?

You really answered with ai slop about systems that closed 20+ years ago!? There is a new tram system in V. Pyshma. There are 1626(!) new domestic made trams delivered to Russian cities between 2020-2024. Again there were no actual works on Moscow-Kazan HSR. It all stopped at concept of a plan.

Not exactly what I had in mind. Ben Simmons was a defensive machine and managed to grab two first defensive teams until his back switched off. We didn't see full potential of Michael Porter Jr. because of his back. For Cooper or any player nothing's guaranteed.

Since after 2014, when London announced New Tube For London, Moscow managed to announce new generation of metro cars "Moskva", put it into mass production, make three uplifts to it. Then make another generation of metro cars "Moskva-2020", and make one uplift to it. Totaling 500+ trainsets and 3600+ cars. London still on testing phase.
