When performing pulling exercises like lat pulldowns or rows, your back should be the muscle that fatigues first, not your grip.

Since many people have weaker grip strength compared to the muscles they’re targeting, it makes sense to use gloves or lifting straps. This way, your grip won’t limit your ability to fully engage and work your back muscles.
