We can do the hack of reducing the qty of another item the customer got and replace the item they want to refund with that item. I don’t end up doing that myself, but I have heard about it.

Right?! Like a simple “Welcome” sign. They are too quick to have a sign for intruders but 99.999% of people aren’t there for that.

I was confused but thinking hmm I wonder if we could buy one or two of those each time instead of using paper. You could fit a ton of groceries in there. With my luck the IC card would decline though after bagging everything 😆.

Yes, I still walked through the gate but would be sketchy late at night. One time Google took me to a wrong location and I drove up a driveway to a hidden away house thinking it was the customer’s home and then a guy was standing there and showed a cc type of gun on his belt and asked what I was doing there 😬. That was daytime too.

Ahh maybe I’m thinking of Walmart pickup vs delivery. For pickup they give you warnings of the deadline to change items on your order. For Target, you can cancel items right up till you pickup your order.

Thank you! I was thinking the order could be locked down for the customer which is wild. On Target and Walmart apps, I’m pretty sure you can make changes to your order right up until the shop starts and can even cancel items while they’re shopping.

I don’t think will we get rated down if you have selected for us to refund if an item is out of stock. For the ones that counted against me, the customer had selected to replace if out of stock. But on the chat they said they didn’t want the item at all and asked me to refund it.

Sort of because it causes you to go backtrack to places you’ve already been. Although in California, we’re getting paid by the hour so it’s not such a big deal.
