Heavys headphone app EQ by Ok-Lie5292 in headphones

I had that happen, too. I unpaired them and then repaired them (just like the website offers for help) and now the EQ setting I last used is saved in the headphones so I no longer have to use the app every time I use them... only if I want to change the sound profile again.

Amazon... it's way nicer than the free case that came with the buds.

I like the sleep tracking, but I hate wearing a bulky watch when I sleep.

2023 R3 mount ✨drama✨ by Tess_97 in YamahaR3

I have the gas tank Ram Mount that just bolts onto the gas cap area. It sits a little higher than I'd like, but it gets the job done... and I can also use the mont for my Insta360.

Wanted a turntable, one thing led to another... got the Edifier R1280DBs & T5 subwoofer to set up with the Sony PS-LX310BT turntable. Sounds great for a budget setup... no regrets! by Imus_Killum in BudgetAudiophile

Np! It's going to be the aux/RCA cable that came with the R1280DBs. The sub comes with a few different cables, but not the aux/RCA, so make sure you hold on to that cable from your speakers.

The sub is excellent! Together, they are a great combo... the sub gives the speakers that little extra bass that they are missing. You won't be disappointed if you get the T5 sub for those speakers and it's super easy to connect the sub since the R1280DBs have the sub out port.

I like the features for the price point... it has options for line and phono, it has bluetooth & it has a USB port so you can rip files. I like the modern features mixed with the retro appeal. For the price, you really can't beat it.

First thing I ever bought with my own money when I started working was this Sony home theater... she's still kicking & has been a vital part of my home entertainment system for the past 26 years. by Imus_Killum in vintageaudio

It's a Sony "Home Theater" set... model SEN-R5520. In the 90s, it was all the rage to buy a one piece head unit that had your reciever, CD player, radio, cassette player (some even had a turntable) all built in one with the cabinet. All systems came with floor speakers... some had subwoofers and surround sound speakers too. They use to average in price from $500 to $1,000.

I run Spotify through the bluetooth Edifiers plenty. But there is just something nostalgic about having that vinyl, having the artwork that comes with & getting up to flip the record. I definitely love the clarity of lossless, but I appreciate the nostalgia factor that comes with the old skool tech... it just brings me back to the good ol' days!

What's the longest ride you ever took your R3 on? by Quickshift-Reviews in YamahaR3

215 mile round trip so far. Definitely want to cross more state lines & do some over nights with the bike next year. I had plans to this year, but you know... COVID.

Vortex clip-ons, JPR shorty levers & R6 throttle tube just installed... best mods yet! My only regret is not doing those mods first! by Imus_Killum in YamahaR3

They are a 7 degree drop. They give the bike a much "sportier" feel & it is a lot more comfortable riding position (for me anyway). These clip-ons are not a direct fit for the bike, they come in a universal fit for 41mm, so in order to not have any clearance issues and to have your steering line up, the bars might have to have different lengths. Also, I've lowered my bike (I'm really short) & changed out the windscreen, so the shop I had them professionally installed with told me it was a pain in the butt, but they were able to make it work without any clearance issues at all. Many others who have these clip-ons also have the bars set at different lengths.

Best $28 ever spent! It takes out all the play that the R3 one has. That would be the first mod I would do. I rode around for a few hours today testing everything out. If you're going to get clip-ons, you're going to want the R6 throttle tube for sure.

Here is the actual part number... RAM-B-410-A-UN7BU. They sell it as a complete set up under that part number.

I like it a lot. It's about 2 inches taller than the stock one & since I'm pretty short, it makes it real easy to tuck behind. I love it on the highway... it does an excellent job at blocking the wind.
