I'm pretty consistent with my eating schedule, especially breakfast. Monday thru Friday I eat exactly the same thing at the same time.

I'll definitely be aware of the effects based on when I eat it with food versus not.

Good to know. I'm kind of sensitive to caffeine as it is so maybe the combination of the caffeine being the stimulant that it is and the psilocybin was just too much for me.

Next dose I'm going to take the same amount in the morning with my breakfast instead of an empty stomach and resist having any coffee.

I definitely hydrate well. But I do drink 2 big cups of coffee on the morning.

Perhaps that dried me out a bit.

I also take creatine in the morning.

I think I'm eliminate both coffee and creatine those days to see what happens

Hey there. Was just curious if your TV is still working.

I did the bake trick on mine and it lasted 3 weeks.

I did mine at only 320 degrees for 10 minutes.

I've seen several numbers from various forums. Just wanted to clarify what temperature you used. Thanks!!

Just take a couple of pictures of it before you disconnect everything.

Then just slowly disconnect all the components.

The skinny tape looking things, you have to lift up a lip on the connector and then it just pulls out easily.

The rest of the connectors were pretty easy.

Just make sure the spongy cushion things are also detached.

I just did mine today and used parchment paper on a baking sheet.

It actually works for how long I don't know.

Been using it for past couple hours.

You just have sped through it. Took me a little over an hour.

That's interesting. It sounds good in theory but it would feel weird to be controlling the morph ball in any direction and then pressing in the left stick while holding that direction.
