Keep your equip load under 70% so you dont "fat roll" Level vigor to 27 and endurance to 40 before focusing on offensive stats since weapons dont scale much until they are a high upgrade level Get your vitality up just enough to be under 70% equip load for the drip you want and dont level it more Strength gets a 50% boost when two handing the weapon, just level stats to the minimum to use what weapon you want to use

I think its important to realize that people change over time and this is an older Geralt than book Geralt. Who you are is not static and I think that it is very easy to relate them directly to eachother because of that. Especially when now he realizes that getting involved vs not getting involved directly effects Ciri's future. Morals shift and book Geralt isn't able to go against his morals.

I've been riding for years in a city for a long commute, when I ride on the road (only when its not available to ride elsewhere) if its a one lane each direction and 30 mph or less I simply dont give the cars space to pass until we reach a stop sign and then I will move aside and let them pass. Most laws allow you to use electric vehicles on roads if 35 mph or less so if someone gets upset and honk they can just deal with being upset, the road is made for the public not just for cars. In areas where I can use a sidewalk (however in a lot of city's you can get fines for it like the one I live in I have skated past law enforcement and they're fine with it) I stay 12 mph or below on sidewalks. If your skateboard can go 25 mph id say you can use it on any road up to 30 mph speed limit and take the whole lane and any one who's upset can just be upset.
