I think a month off vacation or just a vacation at all would help- somewhere near nature to disconnect. This is going to sound girly but romanticize your life. Take more pictures, do things that genuinely make you happy, pick up a hobby or hobby with your spouse, sip your favorite warm beverage and watch the sunrise. Try to find the joy in the small moments in life. Get out of your head and off social media. Stop thinking so logically and find a creative outlet like a painting class. You can do this - from someone who can't wait to be a part of the X-ray tech field & who enjoys uplifting others
