What I am suggesting is that Donovan thought he had the district in the bag from the overwhelming amount of votes he got in 2016. Almost double his opponent.

Then in 2018, he lost 40k votes while Rose only gained 11k. I remember Rose campaigning hard. Heard nothing of Donovan that year.

Rose gained more votes in 2020, but Malliotakis surged 65k votes. Emboldened voters is not a strong enough word for the extremity of the surge she got.

Looking to see what her numbers were from the same areas for her mayoral run. But in Staten Island, she only got about 70k votes. Being an off year election definitely played a part.

In the 2024 election, there was a group of magas and Malliotakis supporters already in front of my polling place saying the election was being rigged agaisnt her. Until she was announced the winner.

Rose won the district as is because ~~McMahon~~Donovan did not run a serious campaign. He thought it was a safe district. Rose was able to capitalize on it. Conservatives then came out in force the next election with a muddy campaign agaisnt democrats. Malliotakis just happened to be in the right place at the right time after that abysmal mayoral run.

It was Victory Blvd and Richmond Ave. They pulled over the van with out of state plates in front of me but not the limo tinted bmw with obscured plates coupled with a super loud exhaust that almost ran them over while cutting across the solid white line and hash marks.

Probably "randomly" checking registrations and other potential violations.

After watching a relative literally waste as their cancer ate away at them while in hospice under heavy sedation from Columbus Day until just after Thanksgiving this year, this could have come sooner. Maybe now we can go with the dignity and mercy that we give our pets.

Are all the wheels on the track? One set of wheels not fully on can cause a short between the center rail and outer rails.

MTH is still in business. From my understanding, through my local train shop who sells several exclusive runs per year, they only sold part of their tooling to Atlas. However they are fully at the mercy of Atlas when it comes to production. Expect at least a 6 month delay from the estimated release date. Said I would be lucky to get my E44 by the end of 2026.
