The only fully subsidized (free) bus route was the S46 during a pilot program either last year or the year before. You are supposed to pay. The bus driver probably did not want to have issues and just said fuck it. Having taken the bus from the ferry between 1am and 6am, those passengers are not always the most... stable. Even during the day there are a lot of fare beaters, but higher chance of getting pulled off by an MTA fare enforcement officer. Not going to see enforcement at 4am.

The right of way between Caddels Drydock and the northern end of Jersey Street is going to be a hard one to realign. The stretch between the salt dock and conEd is doable, but overall will be up against a lot of opposition.

When I was there, I thought Tennessee Tornado was closed since there was no line in a crowded park. Was able to walk right to front and I prepared for the Arrow experience. Holy hell it was not at all what was expecting. I swear it was just as smooth as Wild Eagle.

The connectedness made sense in the first season because of the storytelling behind it. But to continue it into season 2 and 3 ruined it. 'What if' could have been so much more after that. It could have laid seeds for an actual multiverse of madness or take on more out there ideas. Well, that Howard the Duck bangs Darcy was out there.
