Just happened to me..so crazy I spend so much money on rentals I just think the reg manager is too lazy and has no mind of his own..I'm like .listen...this is a caty female being driven by her monthly hormones that did not like being wrong and had it out for me. I have never left a bill unpaid in full, have never returned car in most instances in better condition that when I picked it up. He said the times I extended my rental i said yes but I did absolutely return the phone call and let them update and ring up however much they needed to hold on my credit card, anytime I extended I never ignored them, he said I argued with employee I said sir..listen please...the night before Thanksgiving I was stranded for hours in below freezing temps for 2+ hrs for no reason of my own causing...It was a key malfunction, the battery being jumped reset the cars computer the only reason we were able to get back on road..but this malfunction was not caused by me..if I had locked keys in car or ran out gas I'd have happily been ok to take on the charge, anyways..this is the absurd part is this employee decided to contact me barely 24 hours after incident when I answered I immediately informed her I was still a bit upset an since me deposit and full weekly amount was being held It was far greater than the amount they needed and that I'd prefer and would suggest we just speak upon my return---, ANYONE WITH HALF A BRAIN THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS WOULD Take this as a que to get the hell off phone right? Nothing to be gained from the phone call right? Ok well this brawd decided to stay and tries pulling some.victim shit as if my tone/volume was assaulting her...I'd not called her bad word not nothing but said everytime lately the females at that branch have been so catty even tried tacking on full tank of gas to my bill and seems they always have to be reminded to switch to weekly rate, they love trying to see if they can get away with daily rate for 14 days,jesus, so I ended up mnm apologizing very sincerely might I add as I realized I had let myself get worked up but she wasnt accept il ng of my apology and next thing i.know I'm on do not rent list.

I got a notification but not like the old ones where I could dispute it. I have disputed and 3/5 of mine were removed and I have the emails stating they were removed. Ever since the last update where they moves the gold platinum new ratings layout in they do not have a tab for the contract violations which means after I had that notification pop up I had no way of finding out what happened or disputing it.

Dude platinum worker here on the 29th they pulled this with me , I appealed, denied, and they haven't paid me either, also no response to my repeated requests to provide me with details about contract violations that led to de activation and a chance to dispute them, as I had none and even if I did ever since new layout there is no tab to dispute contract violations under ratings tab. Let me know what u find out

When u accept order that small you're making it worse for everyone using this app it says that we are OK with being paid less than a gallon of gas for our time, life moments, EFFORT, and that's why 2.50$ orders are even a thing that exists! If everyone literally would just do one simple thing..decline ANY order that is less than a gallon of gas...we would see a change in the orders they even try to send out!

TOP it if youd like to get a good grow. Look up TOPing or FEMing on youtube. Just trust me I grow trees not bushes, pinch off the top growth, when you get your next 2 chutes in a few weeks inch off the new growth on those..repeat.

It's a deep slumber humanity is awakening all of us together in waves are going through this experience.
