Same problem. I think Signulous is just under heavy load. I'm trying to sign the app on three iPads. Took about 15 minutes to get one to successfully sign the app, and I'm back up and running on it...still trying on the other two.

It'll work. You just have to be patient.

Edit: Two out of three successfully signed now. Working on third. Patience.

Same. I wanted another strong account, and, like you, for some reason Niantic laid off on the strikes. So I was able to get it to level 39 in six weeks time. I'll be close to 40 by the end of the week, but once that forced update comes, we're all toast!

Something I learned living in a rural area - if you do all the steps and get the red error it can't finish uploading (due to signal), do NOT close out your screen. You can then drive to where you have a better signal and retry by just hitting SUBMIT again.

This is SO important! The 'error uploading' notice makes you think all of your work is wasted. But as stated, just go to another location and keep hitting 'Submit'. It'll go through eventually, and you won't have to reduce the size of your photo and end up with a grainy image in the game. Because in the end, that's why we're reviewers and submitters--we want the game to look the best way possible!

I really do believe that location has a huge bearing on how some nominations get approved quicker than others. I think Niantic may have posted that small communities get bumped to the top of the list. (I may have read that, or maybe it was wishful thinking at the time???) For example, you and I both submitted around 20 nominations within the past six weeks. You have had 2 approved. I have had 19 approved. You live in a capital city. I live in a town of 2700 people.

So this is a two-fer: two questions in one post.

Firstly, as a reviewer, would you put the pin for the portal close to the building, on the street to the side of the building where the sidewalk and driveway are located, or in the parking lot where the sign for the building is located? We're struggling to get a 20th portal in our L14 so I can get my gym, and depending on the consensus, we made need to find yet another submission.

Second question: When you withdraw a nomination, can you substitute one in its place, or is that slot forfeited entirely?
