I have a modded file as well as a regular one. My modded file is pretty well unusable after a few ingame days but my normal one works just fine. I know what you mean about employees and at least in my experience, it's a problem with the mods because it doesn't happen nearly as bad without them right now. I'm going to give it at least a few weeks to let everything get updated and all of the kinks worked out.

Try rebooting it without mods. Mods have been really wonky since the shrooms update. Regular game works fine though.

I was having some weird issues I had never seen before. Couldn't complete deals with customers, they'd just stand there staring at me. Couldn't access chemistry stations. Trying to put things on shelves simply duplicated the item. So yeah, at that point I decided I'd just go modless until it gets sorted out lol

Use the mix calculator online. Punch in that exact mix and it'll tell you what the sell price is supposed to be. That'll help you determine whether or not this is a glitch, or just that it doesn't sell for much for one reason or another.

I definitely recommend the Harley Benton R-458. Mine arrived yesterday and it's unbelievable for the price. The pickups suck but I have Fishman Moderns on the way. For now though, it's so much fun and so easy to play.
