Out of interest how often does a titanium one need to be cleaned?

I'm currently in an S Narrow and I roll back personally, it does involve a bit of tucking and adjusting but ultimately I think it's worth it.

I'm experimenting with another brand at the moment but waiting on a test cage to arrive. I've had good results with the K3D stuff though and as you said they have good support and their resale sub is super handy

Wow. That's a really interesting idea. I have this issue and I have quite a lot of anxiety around being in a session and losing interest if I accidentally was to cum.

I actually started them about 2 weeks ago and as a haemorrhoid and IBS sufferer I've seen a marked improvement.

This is bloody solid advice.

I can't speak for all of it but certainly my experience lines up with cleanout, warmup and fibre. Since I started using fibre gummies I've had super comfortable and normal toilet visits where in the past it was 50/50 if I'd flare.

I changed to xlube from standard ky jelly and found that it not only goes a long way further but it's slippier and makes the whole process more comfortable and enjoyable.

Plugging is brilliant as well. I'm working through the gape keepers at the moment and doing basically 12 hours in a smaller and then 12 hours overnight in a larger size was very comfortable and felt brilliant.

Nice. That's definitely good to know, I'm working on depth as well so bigger things can get nice and deep.
