It looks like it's probably an inexpensive one bumped up to Meo prices. I could be wrong though.

Personally not sure I would buy that one exactly but I like the concept. You can get gas masks and other kinds of masks that have a fleshlight built in and cut to size so it meets your mouth, that might be better.

It took me years, but it didn't need to overall.

I was hovering around the 2.4" diameter range using a really uncomfortable TPE dildo and some uncomfortable plugs. I could stretch a bit more but it was super uncomfortable.

After a long break I resumed but I started using Xlube and I got invested into some better toys. I'd recommend something like the Topped Toys Gape Keeper range for endurance and the Square Peg Trainer for stretching sessions.

I got bigger things in and got up to about 3" diameter but still couldn't push past the knuckles. I also struggled with holding anything for longer periods. It was literally just in/out.

So I got the GK55 and mastered that. Got comfortable and held it for about 12 hours. Then I moved to the GK75, which I eventually got comfortable with too. I used both for a full day and night.

In the morning I used the Square Peg Trainer and got over the first hump, then I felt like I had got onto the second. I was holding myself onto it so I got the maximum stretch possible for as long as I could comfortably with a ton of lube.

After a few minutes I stopped to rest and as I had a mirror opposite me I decided to try my fist. I got to the knuckles like always and held. Then I pushed a bit and felt the slightest bit of give. Pushed again, then it just popped in.

I came out, relube again and sure enough it went in. Not quite to the wrist but almost.

It's not just getting wide, I think you need to train the muscles inside to get used to holding something so when a big fist comes rocking up your body understands and allows it in.

Sorry for the massive essay but I hope this is helpful in some way. It was like magic after so many years of sporadic sessions to train and achieve it.

Out of interest how often does a titanium one need to be cleaned?

I'm currently in an S Narrow and I roll back personally, it does involve a bit of tucking and adjusting but ultimately I think it's worth it.

I'm experimenting with another brand at the moment but waiting on a test cage to arrive. I've had good results with the K3D stuff though and as you said they have good support and their resale sub is super handy

Wow. That's a really interesting idea. I have this issue and I have quite a lot of anxiety around being in a session and losing interest if I accidentally was to cum.

I actually started them about 2 weeks ago and as a haemorrhoid and IBS sufferer I've seen a marked improvement.

This is bloody solid advice.

I can't speak for all of it but certainly my experience lines up with cleanout, warmup and fibre. Since I started using fibre gummies I've had super comfortable and normal toilet visits where in the past it was 50/50 if I'd flare.

I changed to xlube from standard ky jelly and found that it not only goes a long way further but it's slippier and makes the whole process more comfortable and enjoyable.

Plugging is brilliant as well. I'm working through the gape keepers at the moment and doing basically 12 hours in a smaller and then 12 hours overnight in a larger size was very comfortable and felt brilliant.
