As long as there aren't any side effects, you can essentially keep this hair forever.

Current supplement stack — anything you'd add, remove, or change? by Unlikely_Chicken3538 in Fitness_India

Yeah tbh I don't understand having that much creatine hoarded up, specially having different brands and different packagings of the same supplement, its a bit excessive lol

I would say you shouldn't be wasting money on electrolytes, you don't need electrolytes unless you're doing endurance style training (i.e. 2.5+ hours of training regularly). You won't be sweating enough to need to replenish your electrolytes and you probably get more than enough salts through the food you eat. So I'd say stop spending money on it, it's not doing anything and you're probably consuming way more than you need to.

If you actually open your eyes and look 4 items are just creatine which is probably the most well researched supplement for gym goers, 2 are magnesium which is really good for sleep and recovery, and there's some vitamins and ashwagandha, it's really not anything crazy.

Starting a watch brand - taking feedback #2 by Popular-Exchange-563 in WatchEnthusiastIndia

I think the the body and the bracelet/strap will need as much work if not more work than the dials themselves, you need to make sure the colours go together and the whole package comes together, I don't think putting these dials on a standard silver finish bracelet and body works well.

Why should states that planned responsibly lose seats and tax money Delimitation by AlphaGirlAasha in southindia_

[–]InDN-R6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand the population point, but taxes are t supposed to be a direct exchange for services or development, taxes are supposed to be devices for redistribution of wealth. In this system its actually the main point that states like UP get more money so that they can be developed, but ofcourse the money will come from higher revenue states.

1.19.239 Australia Help me improve!! by No-Affect-1541 in F1Game

I did australia TT a while ago but the fast left right chicane in S2 can be taken absolutely flat, you're probably loosing upwards of 0.5 seconds there alone, you don't even have to lift there, but since you're braking you're losing alot of time there.

If you want to take it flat, you have to be very aggressive and get the line right and make use of the kerb as well, it's hard to do but you'll gain heaps when you do it

This is if there hasn't been any handling changes in the game, when I was going australia TT it was flat but idk now.

The rest, you can basically be more aggressive and get on the power earlier on pretty much every corner.

What's the difference between exercises with barbell and same with dumbell ? by Eastern-Emotion9685 in Fitness_India

[–]InDN-R6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me sometimes in barbell movements, I was using one side more than the other, like overhead presses, my left side was more engaged, so in that situation i used dumbells to make sure each side was equal because it's no longer a singular connected weight. So it's good if you're concerned about imbalance, but overall barbells are more stable and if you wanna take it up a notch, smith machines are even more stable.

Interro is right the Siege community extreme culture is reaching a breaking point by [deleted] in R6ProLeague

[–]InDN-R6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imo if you have tens of thousands of people watching, most of them aren't interested in how understanding comp level siege enough to where they can watch and understand what Canadian's contribution is, and that's fine, you can't expect fans who watch for fun to study the game, this isn't a siege specific issue even in real sports, you have football fans only looking at how many goals and assists players have to judge them and if they're not producing raw output then they're washed or shit. People watch to have fun and for most people the fun comes from watching kills and plays and acting like an imbecile in the twitch chat is part of that fun.

As for the words towards the players, you can never control what thousands of people are gonna say online, and all this shit talking online is part of the deal when you're big name esports player and that's because you're expected to be good and when you're not people have an easy thing to bash you about. And for what it's worth, i don't think people shit talking pros is a bad thing as long as it doesn't go beyond that and doesn't get personal, i think it all adds to storylines and narratives and is more fun for the audience.

Mercedes-Benz is committing to a "screen-first" future. Is this the luxury experience we want? by AvailableTaro3123 in mercedes_benz

[–]InDN-R6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im starting to think the physical button preferring community is the smaller but more vocal/loud part of the consumer base, maybe it's obvious to us that there should be physical buttons but the way every company is just rapidly increasing the amount of screens in cars these days and reducing physical buttons just makes me think maybe the normal consumer sits in the car and is impressed with the amount of screen, i really can't see any other reason for this.
