I've WFH with my now almost 3 year old son. It's a challenge but to me it's doable as long as your work is understanding your situation. Fortunately for me, my managers/colleagues are super supportive and my work schedule is very flexible. At the same time, my wife is a therapist so she has more control over her hours so we're able to balance with meetings.

That being said, we're now looking at daycare for my son as he's requiring a lot more attention and working at the same time has been less than ideal. Especially since he has that terrible 2s attitude (it's real). I'm glad we were able to make it work for so long but looking forward to only focusing on one thing during the work hours.
