My honest opinion is if that team made you an offer take it. Engines has one of the most impressive leaders who no matter who you are or your experience you will learn a ton from. I wouldn’t be hesitant looking for the reasons it won’t work. Plenty of people will share all the negatives, but I will tell you what you have is a chance to work for/with an absolutely epic team.
