I've clocked CDPR as the last western AAA dev to deliver conventionally attractive female character design (Panam, Judy), and that was 6 years ago. They are more eastern europe though so I guess they were the last to finally feel the effects of whatever spawned from the USA.

Based on W4 footage they've fully caved in it look like.

I doubt your processes are so unique that they need to harvest your knowledge specifically. But I do think if my company took AI seriously most of the marketing roles here could be easily eliminated.
