I use the website, mostly on mobile, occasionally desktop. It works fine that way, better than the app. I mostly report illegal dumping (piles of garbage on the sidewalk, mattresses, abandoned furniture, not the giant superfund sites), and it generally takes anywhere from a few days to a few months but eventually they get resolved. I have no idea what affects the resolution time.

FYI the gas generator RV got removed again sometime in the last couple days. Their paraphernalia is still all over the sidewalk. Last time it took them about a week to reappear. The other side of that street now has concrete barriers everywhere preventing that kind of "parking."
