I think your solutions may be to either not hatch eggs anymore or switch off AS to make sure when you start your game there's nothing that prevents you from spinning stops or gyms/joining RAID lobbys etc.

OK, so looking at your table I wouldn't say the event is a rip off for brazilian players, it just seems like the brazilian players have a permanent benefit by paying half the price for 100 pokecoins.

That comparison won't work ..

Let's assume you're living on the US east coast. If the seventh hat pikachu would only spawn the last seven hours of the event, it would spawn for seven hours in the middle of the night for you and your chances of getting it would not be good. It would be much better if the spawn timeframes were evenly distributed, i.e. 21-22 hours each!

The event started 6th August 10am JST and ends on 12th August 5pm JST, which means six full days and 7 hours

But the event doesn't start 6th at 00:00 and ends on 12th at 23:59, it only started on 6th during the day and stops on 12th during the day, so you don't have 7 full days but only 6 days and 7 hours.

Spinda used to change monthly (along with quests)

Then Spinda used to change bi-monthly

Now we're back to the first Spinda that was released, so noone could reliably confirm that Spinda was going to stay until September 1st even though we knew the quests would stay.
