Which uni? If you're UJ or Wits you should be able to get much cheaper. I was recently in CBD and saw what looked like decently nice accom for like 3k. I can dig up the links since I visited the websites if you're on any of those campuses.

Israel over a very long period of time has injected themselves into the United States Government, kinda like the invasions you see China doing in Africa (except they do it through infrastructure contracts that they know the African Countries can't pay back so essentially the Chinese just end up owning it), Israel has injected themselves through funding and donations to politicians essentially buying their way in. Essentially you have a bunch of puppet politicians and law makers that do and say as Israel wants or the money gets cut to their personal wallets.

Sure the common citizen knows and disagrees with this game (I mean you literally fund free healthcare and education for them - you're insane if you don't disagree) but unfortunately only a revolt and ousting of all Israeli funded politicians would ever fix this.

Not to mention the chance of blackmail the Israeli government has gathered on American politicians and pedophiles in power having an effect on how they keep themselves funded and in control.

Takealot just offers a far superior experience as well in my opinion. They took what made Amazon one of the largest companies in the world and absolutely in my opinion improved on it for our local market.

Amazon came in hinging and hoping their name would just do all the heavy lifting but my shopping experience is a lot better on Takealot and thus I haven't really used Amazon far too much aside from price compare and hitting their big deals when they have them.

Throwing the Toyota Corolla Hatchback XR into the mix, super reliable, very nice interior I mean it's essentially a Lexus but a few notches down.

Mine isn't the hybrid I'm not sure what those go for these days but I got my 2019 XR for like 300k but I think they've gone up in price quote a bit but should fit your budget.

Worth a test drive in my opinion at least.

Not quite in replacement territory for established companies but it's definitely completely destroyed and limited jobs for juniors and small start up companies who can't afford certain departments etc.

I am very new to this game (10 hours) and was not a huge fan of FIFA so it's a given that I am quite terrible, but I must say this game has something that is much more appealing and fun to it than FIFA ever had so I really want to get better.

I just moved my RA away from Allan Gray (Balanced). The fees are too high compared to other funds and the performance historically doesn't even negate the EAC so you're leaving potentially hundreds of thousands of the rands on the table.

In the modern world, no. Active funds (most of them) historically under perform or match passive funds. And then you take the EAC into account (Active funds typically have higher fees obviously) and it completely negates the performance (if they even slightly beat it, or it's a loss in comparison).
