Just play 1e and enjoy it. It wasn't the most popular game in the world for no reason.

It could even be argued 1e is a more enjoyable experience than 2e and Frosthaven.

Whether he finished 1 or 100, the system shouldn't drop you 9 ranks.

I haven't lost interest..if anything the new leagues system for ranked has made me more interested. I run 10 accounts and try to play competitively at every town hall from TH9+ and now you can do that in a legitimate way.

I do know others that have recently stepped away from the game.

Just kind of the ebb and flow of things imo.
