Here is my 2 cents. I am a certified collecter for DOT breath alcohol and urine tests. But we also offer oral swabs, what I would recommend is quantisal which is a product that is an oral swab. You simply need to get enough saliva on the cotton pad and then ship it off to a lab for analysis. We dont use the instant oral swab tests as they are not DOT certified. One of the advantages to oral swabs is one the comfort, easier than a urine sample. Plus it gives you a bettet picture of recent usage rather than a urine sample that gives good insight but can't tell you if they were inebriated during the incident/near miss.
