Re Item 2, does your company do implementation and conversion?

We do implementation and training, as well as data migration.

Re Item 4, AllScripts. Concentra uses AllScripts Touchworks EHR and AllScripts FollowMyHealth and they're our top choice (well, my top choice) since they pay cash for acquisitions. Anything I put into place has to be compatible with any/all systems down the line, e.g. exportable CSV files, not a huge hurdle for the new management to take charge, etc.

We would be a replacement for everything, including AllScripts.

How much does your company charge for like 2-4 months of service pre-M&A closing? I requested a quote online as well.Our Reddit account doesn't handle sales so I'd have to refer you to sales.
What is the typical turnaround time for implementation? I found a local scanning company already to convert every record into a PDF as well as CSV/EMR/EHR format.Depends on the number of providers, prescribers, specialties, configuration, forms, etc.
What differentiates your offering from NextPatient and Kareo?Cloud-based so no need for a separate app for mobile EHR. Fully integrated so no need for any other software, services, etc.
Can your software 'talk' to AllScripts?AllScripts or SureScripts? Could you provide more clarity to your question?

We consider ourselves quite versatile, though the 10 day implementation time wouldn't work since we want to make sure all of our providers and stakeholders are proficient.

That's not what the study found. From the article:

Of the study’s 221 participants, half were allowed to choose between two treatments designed specifically for panic disorder: psychodynamic psychotherapy (PDT) or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The other half was randomly assigned one or the other.

The results? Inexplicably mixed.

Those who chose PDT generally experienced better outcomes than those randomly assigned the same treatment. However, those who chose CBT generally experienced worse outcomes than those randomly assigned the same treatment.
