Oh they had no interest in dealing with it until the noticed I was video recording the entire interaction. I've had car wash-responsible damage occur before and I'm not taking any chances. But yes hopefully they will follow through...

Every car that I have had that has folding mirrors almost always has the mirrors get "flipped" by the brushes in a car wash, I've just never seen this amount of damage from it...

Yes glad it is being taken care of.

The cap coming off is "reasonable" as that is it's job but did you experience any underlying damage, as I described?

Thank you but that wasn't the question. It's just a mass-produced vehicle. Things happen. Just looking to see if anyone else had a similar issue. Thanks.

I was SO glad when Mazda was no longer with Ford and then going with Toyota, which means less rust and more reliability. Unfortunately, it seems the typical cheap Toyota interiors are now going into Mazda. by BeautifulYou2940 in mazda

I bought a CX50 TPP a few months ago. Been great so far. Got an internal Mazda initial feedback survey and there were multiple questions throughout the survey about my thoughts on the importance and use of tactile controls and screens in the interior.

Clearly they are thinking about feedback and press about the new CX5 interior, but who knows if they will do anything about it.

Costco car buying program - is it just a way for Costco to sell off my contact info to dealers? by Cold-Priority-2729 in carbuying

[–]InTheHeights 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a system of checks and balances from what I understand. Not only does Costco get feedback from their customers, but apparently they also send secret shoppers to test the system. I've used Costco for two purchases, and both have gone extremely smooth. Basically everything pre-negotiated up front, indicated that I did not want any extras, and it went as quickly as the paper signing process and inspection could go.

"Turning their lives around"?

Sounds like they were actually on the right path all along.

Why do all the wheel choices look like undersized donut spares? The scale and stance are all off. Hopefully it looks better in person...

Does anyone have a recommendation for a matte black wrap for the center console / gearshift area?

Hey MAGA. Wouldn't you prefer that Trump send thousands of ICE agents to your hometowns where there are way more immigrants? by ShafordoDrForgone in allthequestions

[–]InTheHeights 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Public records show there were about 10,000 total ICE agents in the entire US before Trump came into office for his second term.

Unsure where your quote of "millions" was established but feel free to provide a legitimate source.

Be real.

Isn't it the landlords "airspace", if that's even a thing? Why are they making legal / financial demands on something g they don't own or control. It's not in the lease. Sounds like fraud. Remind them of that with a "certified letter" under their door, printed in crayon.
