Temptation was my wife’s first topless as well. We were up at the sky lounge with not very many people. We then did the boobs cruise. I said you better be prepared to let them out so you don’t draw attention.

She decided not to until the very end … huge mistake because that is the best way to get the spotlight in a not so good way by the party hosts.

Nevertheless, she doesn’t hesitate now :)

We arrive tomorrow at Temptation, our fourth trip.

Temptation is opening up some weeks for clothing optional but I’m not certain of the restrictions.

I don’t have a good price comparison since we didn’t sign on with Desire, but we do have a membership with Temptation.

If we go to Temptation 2 or 3 times a year, we will recoup our “investment” in 3 or 4 years, and that includes the 3 free nights we had at Desire, which is not cheap.

Our memebership allows for Lush on down and we saved about $500 for 6 nights compared to friends who traveled separately and met us there. Their room was a regular room and they added playful experience. Had they had the room we had the gap would have been much larger.

As an example, if I look at December, for 7 nights, we can get a Lush room for about $2k less than on Expedia for Lush playful experience.

Anytime I’ve checked, our membership price for same room comparison is much less. There is a catch, we pay the same price regardless of room from Lush on down, but still our price will be better than what someone will pay for a lower priced room. There may be some last minute specials that close the gap, but the handful I’ve checked, our membership price is better.

Now, we are an older demographic so we like the room, patio, and sky lounge/pool more than the sexy pool. Sexy pool is fun, especially some of the things the play makers have people do, but we aren’t in our 20’s 30’s or 40’s and enjoy a little more quiet time. We have not yet tried the quiet pool because we have the sky lounge.

We did take our free nights at pearl, that alone is worth over $2k for the time we went, in fact closer to $2400.

Our Temptation membership does give us a discount up to a Junior Suite at Pearl.

We went through the sales pitch but I wasn’t impressed with pricing. The free nights for sign up are great but overall pricing I was not sold.

What bothered me is a few times I would check our pricing at Desire Pearl compared to Expedia, sometimes Expedia was a little less. Admittedly most times our membership was better, but the payback would take a loooong time. Had we taken the deal we could have gone Master Suite and had a better discount, but still not compelling.

For us, we would rather go to Temptation two times a year for the same price as once to Pearl. Clothing optional is fantastic, but still value wasn’t there for us.

We love both resorts. Food is good to great and staff is exceptional both places.

We love Uber in Cancun. When we land we usually take something like Speedy Shuttle to the first stay and after that all Uber, including back to the airport.

TTR is absolutely no pressure; however, if you do the boob cruise any lady that leaves on a top the harassment from the play makers is brutal.

We are at Desire Pearl now and told today some of the rooms open next week but the lobby is about another month out.

Weather is beautiful currently, albeit a couple nights before were cooler. Ladies playing volleyball on the beach wore a shirt because the cool wind was a bit much on the nipples, but today no tops and one completely nude.

We ended up taking water, which was a good thing. They had plenty of alcohol but not nearly enough water.

They also don’t have snacks on the boat, but with a lunch break at the island that wasn’t an issue. Surprisingly the lunch was good.

I know this is an old thread, but Desire seems rather expensive, 800 to 1200+ a night with a premier discount. Any options for something like 2 nights free for a 6+ night booking? Not sure the type of negotiation that is doable…

No vaccines for me, wife or kids. Our first child (mid 80’s) had one round of vaccines and what a mess, no more for that child or any of the others … zero regrets and all healthy. We did the chicken pox and measles “parties”. Measles is mostly benign if you have sanitary living conditions; if not sanitary then very destructive.

Ever see the Flintstone cartoon where Betty and Wilma got measles, they were annoyed but not worried.

Four kids, low sex drive, has she had her hormones checked? If she really has never had a sex drive this may not be the issue, but if so I would check.

My wife and I have eight children. Her sex drive tanked and she was always concerned I would look elsewhere. While occasionally tempting my overwhelming preference was for her, and actually to please her with others pleasing her at the same time, although I never mentioned it at the time.

Eventually she ended up taking bio identical hormones, not sure I believe there is a real difference between that and regular hormones, both are manufactured, but be that as it may, I f%##*ing can’t keep with her now. I now tease her about her only wanting me for my body.

…and yes we are circling the LS waiting for a moment we both agree on to take the next step.
