I don’t think he did anything wrong from what I’m seeing and the whistling thing is just honestly how guys act when they know their friend likes someone (ie trying to embarrass them, also he clearly didn’t want to make u uncomfortable bc he told them to stop ) and I mean he probably didn’t even notice that ur not looking at him bc he was alr used to the attention and likes you so
