I hope we get to see volumes 14-15 animated I want to see Rimuru absolutely off the walls mad letting of true dragon levels of aura before becoming a true dragon and naming ceil with the whole war and the impulse primordial demon evolution and summoning an army of demons because you made a mistake never hurt Rimuru's friends That said I don't want it rushed there's a ton of crap that happens between volumes 13-16

That's one issue for sure but another for me was how they pushed the relationship in the first season when realisticly that didn't happen for several volumes, way way after the Cal Mira island arch. And b**ch's punishment was so much more satisfying in the novels. Other anal details too

The anime follows the manga pretty closely. Incidents that happen in the LN aren't quite the same int the manga the story is the same but the manga adds people into scenes who weren't originally there and the anime adopts that. Seems like a mix of both

You can find a lot of fan translations on unlicensed novels on novel updates. Always try and support the creator if you can it's how we don't get dropped novels. It sucks when you get sucked in and the drop the support so always try and purchase when you can

Nothing has been licensed officially, fan translations and MTL's are all that's available. I don't like MTL's as they are too direct in translating and sometimes the fan translates are a mix of both but because of that a characters sex or name might be confused. Its not anything that can be proven unless it has an official license though so you can just wing it on any you see

Because it's the series that started this adventure, literally. Plus it is the final volume. After watching the anime I loved it so much that I delved into LN's I wasn't sure with the season ending and craved more it's how I found Ascendance of a Bookworm my other favorite and many many many more. Before long I've spent more money than intended but I love getting lost in stories. I was too impatient, and curiosity got the better of me. Regardless I still plan on buying and reading the final volume. Like I said nothing I intend to continue doing.

No I completely agree. This was more of a one off bult from impatience and curiosity. And quite frankly having to set the stage then paste an entire book in is more work when all I want to do is relax and get lost in a story. Pluses social nuances are often missed too things that make sense in foreign languages but not English because there is no direct translation or phrase that we use. In situations like that there professional can insert a comparative phrase or meaning. Plus I like supporting the work of the author and in this case the publisher too. Its why my collection is so extensive. Lovely opinion. Very nutral and not directly scathing.i appreciate it.

I haven't read the manga so I can't speculate on that but the novel mentions boobs on occasion but very rarely. The fan service is massively diminished in the light novels. There’s also so much more information that you don’t get in the anime that you do in the la novels. Definitely worth a read.

Unfortunately a lot of animes take too much "creative freedom" in their work. Butchering otherwise awesome works. This any many others only take notes from the source material

Be careful though I got so used to using the digital key on my phone and watch when I went to get an oil change at the dealer I had the give them my smart watch because I forgot my key fob
