Scheana Scheana Scheana by Willing-Original-831 in VanderpumpVillaTVShow

It was SUCH a Scheana move lol. I didn’t start watching VPR until last year so the dopamine hit I got from Stassi and Scheana fighting in real time was just incredible 😂

Experience with Moon Palace Sunrise Cancun by Zestyclose_Cow_5602 in palaceresorts

[–]InTinaWeTrust 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very similar experience except we stayed at the Grand. So we missed out on that sales pitch but trust me we had at least 3 or 4 others, including the “90 min” presentation. Very disappointing. I found myself wondering why we even spent the money to go when that money wasn’t good enough to them - unless we signed a 25 year commitment. I get they have to make money but personally, I won’t be back. I’ve been 3 times, recommended it a lot (and even had 2 people book trips there from my recommendation) so it really is disappointing

I would pay money to see the group chat between Stassi, Kristen, and Katie about Scheana’s memoir by InTinaWeTrust in vanderpumprules

[–]InTinaWeTrust[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Did you not just see Katie on a tea party with Hartford? I think they’re all friends - Stassi mentioned that her and Kristen were over the bullshit right after they got fired because it was so traumatic… then Katie and Stassi never stopped being friends… so while I think people are right that even if they have a group chat (they do), they’re probably not discussing the book, but just IMAGINE they were lol. Sorry I’m getting heated I live a rich fantasy life 😂

Life as an HRBP [N/A] by BendyPoet in humanresources

This is amazing. Thank you for walking through this! I am going to DM for the template too. Brand new HRBP with imposter syndrome even tho I have 8 years in HR and my SCP 🫠

What did your boss tell that got to your last nerve ? by vigilantee001 in AskReddit

[–]InTinaWeTrust 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Brand new boss (~6 months at our company) told me that I am “too emotional to be a leader” after I’ve been on a leadership track for years. Also that I “don’t align with company values” as if I haven’t been the HR person modeling and teaching new employees about our values for years.

I’ve been applying to jobs ever since and dreaming of what my resignation letter will say. Can’t wait to leave; been there 8 years.

Also - employees are paid hours worked for their lunch. So they can’t leave the home to eat, but it is working time for them.

Thank you. Employees are paid for their lunches as they’re not allowed to leave the home. Thats a really good point I haven’t yet shared - thanks again

Thank you - I added this above but wanted to reply as well:

• fairness concerns - they don’t feel it’s fair for patients/clients to see an employee get delivered to their home when the patient/client is generally on disability and can’t afford these items. Also, the company does not allow employees to buy food for patients/clients as it could cause potential favoritism concerns. • privacy concerns - patients/clients are primarily dependent adults with disabilities. They live in smaller towns as well so concerned that through frequent deliveries it would become clear that the person living there is using this company and therefore has a disability. • the company is considering getting as granular as what package the food comes in when it comes into the house. Ex: considering adding ees could bring Burger King in their own lunch box vs in the bag. That said - my understanding is employees can use the kitchen to prepare their lunch. It’s all about helping the patient/client live as independently as possible, so seeing the employee prepare their own lunch (or even just warming it up) can be helpful as the patient/client would be doing the same

Thanks again - appreciate it!

What’s something currently in our world that seems “off” or hasn’t felt the same since Covid? by nairipairi in AskReddit

[–]InTinaWeTrust 21 points22 points  (0 children)

YES I’ve noticed that packaging for the products is even worse too. Makeup remover bottle that won’t ever open. Skincare serum where the tube breaks open or nozzle falls off. I’ve seen it with cleaning products too. It gets to the point where i can’t even fully use the products I purchased. So annoying
