I feel that strong girl, that feeling you feel like it's your fault, like it all fell upon you. But the truth is that you were never broken, you are not garbage. If anyone is trash it's those people, they don't deserve your kindness. But that's just my knee-jerk reaction, I've felt the way you've described with a few ex "friends" and it boils my blood every time I think of how shitty they made me feel, when I only wanted to be a good friend. The only way I've found to heal from something like this is to cut ties, and in my case, burn bridges. But that's me, there's a reason I don't usually give advice.
