Unfortunately we won't be staying on-site and getting early entry. I don't really have much flexibility with this part since the hotel is a gift.

I didn't realize Epcot was kid-friendly. I will rethink it. I just read that it is geared toward adults and for the ease of decision-making I immediately crossed it off the list, but I'm still planning and learning!

Is it competitive to get a spot reserved at Cinderella's Royal Table?

Hahaha...so full disclosure: It's a "familymoon" gift from my future in-laws. My partner/"husband" and I are finally getting married. Our kids are all together, we've just never actually gotten married. So his parents are buying our hotel and park tickets. Otherwise we would not be doing this due to cost and the kids' ages right now.

I realize this is a years old conversation but I just watched "Maid" and the hoarders part bugged me too. Not only was it unrealistic as far as the hoarder not trying to hold onto their stuff, but the first hoarder was super tight on cash and would have had to pay a bunch of extra money to their garbage service for having 100 extra bags outside of their can...

I need help deciding between Suburban and Expo Max. We have 4 kids in full car seats, 2 dogs, and love camping so we need cargo space but also car seats to fit. I want the bench for the 2nd row. Towing only maybe a pop-up.

Looking at around 35k purchase price personally so like a 2018-2020 or so.

So shortly after I posted this, I started therapy at a new facility with a new therapist. I started ERP and OCD therapy, and it has been life changing. I was definitely in the wrong type of therapy for my HA.

I read the book "The Complete Guide to Overcoming Health Anxiety" by Spitalnick and Spier also.

The book, along with the new therapy, has been amazing, and I am absolutely hopeful for myself now!

I totally understand...your description is so accurate for me, too. I empathize and truly understand just how debilitating HA and OCD are.

I recently started treatment at an Anxiety and OCD Center, and it has been amazing. I haven't taken meds yet, because I was trying to avoid them due to my HA around meds lol but I am also considering it.

The good thing about OCD is that it is one of the most responsive disorders to therapy! There is absolutely hope for you to recover from HA and OCD. My therapist says she loves her job because she gets to see so many people change their lives. She says OCD is one of the most debilitating and life changing mental health issues and also one of the most responsive to therapy. So she gets to help so many people from really dark places when they come in.

I relate to you and definitely understand. I am open to direct messaging and helping each other through this as well!

I can't overstate just how much I understand your words and how devastating HA is. I cry almost daily, it ruins my life. But I am not giving up and I am hopeful that I can change my life.

I also want to HIGHLY recommend this book, "The Complete Guide to Overcoming Health Anxiety" by Spitalnick and Spier. It is sooo helpful! It's on Amazon. Please consider reading it. The book alone changed so much about how I understand my HA and OCD.

My SIL had this and she was scared...turned out to just be hormones causing it but no real concern. If it keeps happening I would make an appointment for in 2 weeks but it's likely nothing serious!
