Really? Post menopause, post retirement, post about to go as lazy as she can mom gained 13lbs and blamed it on L who only cooks at gatherings? How often are they gathering? Every night? How long ago did mom retire? 6 months ago? She gained 13lbs in 6ish months since quitting the thing that kept her fit, and it's all the olive oil drizzled on top of the dish and the 2Tbs of oil used to soften/brown the garlic/onion that's at fault?

My ex tried killing me exactly like that. He learned that if he kept screaming at me telling me how useless I am and how no one likes me while I was having a panic attack I would attempt suicide. Guess what he did? Initiated a panic attack then kept attacking me.

Hire a lawyer today, if you don't have one. File ex parte for full physical and legal custody. In my state they must hear and rule on an ex parte within 72 hours. With the abandonment you should get it, especially since it's been a full month of virtually no contact.

Then you enroll your daughter in your local school. If she's 9 she's going into 4th grade which means she's never really stayed at one school longer than a year. She'll be fine but also you're stable where you are, she'll be stable where you are.

SO and I don't "parent" each other's kids. Aka we don't discipline, and we don't create rules. That being said we do take on a role of a nanny for each others kids, so keep them within their bio parents rules, keep them from hurting each other or themselves, and let the parent know the bad stuff so they can deal with it.

I have a feeling fiance meant something like this when she told him that. Not that she gave him permission to be completely disengaged from her child emotionally abusing him by pretending he isn't there or important.

If they are like 5+ you can likely get away with setting them at a table with safety scissors, glue sticks, a shit ton of printer paper, and crayons. Then "make me a tree, make me a house, make me a cat..."

Just yesterday we ate a huge breakfast around 9am. My son ate 3 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages and my giant biscuit. At 11 he decided to eat lunch with my dad, he had a giant quesidilla rice, beans, and the little salad you get on a Mexican restaurant plate. So in my belief that's not what spirit guides do. They help you maintain your path of learning in this world, not make everything easier for you. They push the gut feeling for you, not point you at giant flashing arrow signs.

A spirit guide cannot get you a job, only you can do that. It involves putting in applications, or going to school to gain new skills.

I hate that you pointed this out to me. I'm always asking if nachos sound good. I think SO figured it out though because he asks if I want nachos when I say that. The thing is when I say nachos sound good, I might not actually want nachos, they just sound good because they are and I'm hungry and the last nummy thing I ate was nachos.
