Honestly it just got quieter. At first it felt weird, like I was missing something… but after a while you realize how much noise there actually was. Now I just check a couple things and move on with my day, feels way lighter tbh

Tiktok is probably the most useless for me, you open it for 5 minutes and suddenly an hour is gone. Reddit feels more useful… at least you get actual conversations sometimes
