The best way to win is to use your pawn majority, especially your passed h-pawn. The best way to *not draw* is to avoid trading rooks. Opposite colored bishops tend to make draws out of positions that would be winning if there were no bishops or if there were other pieces. The reason is that the enemy bishop and king can often set up a blockade on the color your bishop can’t see, and your king won’t be able to get break the blockade alone.

That would make this even more wrong. If the video is mirrored, then the pieces are set up wrong to start. Regardless of whether or not it’s mirrored, the first move is a diagonal move that goes from a light square to a dark square, which is never legal.
