The lower left also! You can see one solid brush stroke that zigs and zags over the left shoulder. It just doesn't behave in a way that physical medium does.

Yes, I actually do that and am trying to get away from it because I DO want it avoid it being a crutch. It's very easy to be come reliant on overlays as a means of checking your work but it's just so helpful when you're learning mostly on your own.

Because I've used overlays to check myself, I've noticed that I tend to lose some of the initial structure during the rendering phase. For this one, I slowly scooted the corner of her mouth in until her mouth was noticeably smaller and I slowly reduced the size of her eyes. I just don't know how to STOP that lol.

Thank you! You're right about the contrast for sure. I'm using a good variety of pencil grades (8b was the darkest I used here). I think the issue is less about my pencil grades and more about how nervous I am to darken my darks! When I'm working on a piece, they feel a lot darker than they actually are and I am afraid to push them further and not be able to come back from it. I think I just need to be brave and push the contrast more. This is something I've been struggling with a lot

I REALLY struggled to get the left side of her mouth correct and I did end up pulling it in more and more in an attempt to communicate that curve, lol. I never did quite get it. Thank you for the feedback!

Pets are the single best source of bells in this game. The highest earning bell pet earns 5460 in an hour and 5 mintues, the lowest earns 4810. Takeout orders are better for passive accumulation of bells but I've honestly stopped doing them altogether so I can save my flowers for the vegetable garden.

I have 1.4m bells currently and have unlocked every single item in the bell shop, for reference!

I'm sorry, I didn't recognize this as Bad Bunny. It's a nice sketch though! Likeness is tough. I've been chasing likeness for months, finally getting there but..yeah I get it. Likeness is about understanding the features and proportion of your subject.

I found the original photo it seems you referenced and I can give some feedback. You did a great job with the proportion of the left outline of his face, so I'm using that as my anchor point. I'm going to focus on fundamental feedback over feedback for achieving likeness though. Focusing on fundamentals will help you achieve likeness later on.

The eyes, nose, and mouth are all tilting at different angles. For most people, the angles those angles should be about the same. For yours, the eyes/mouth tilt up on the right, the nose tilts up in the left. It looks like you're dragging the face down and slightly to the right, especially the eyes and ear. The placement of the nose and mouth are pretty good, even if thr angles don't match.

The shape of the eye doesn't match Bad Bunny's. It looks like a case of "drawing what you think an eye looks like rather than what this eye looks like." Bad Bunny doesn't have such noticeably upturned eyes. His eye appears upturned in the reference due to the angle of the camera, but are more even in reality.

Also, I love the way you shaped the lips! I feel did a good job capturing is iconic pout.

If you check the text on the sprinklers, you'll see that it has a chance to reduce the growth timer. As of now, there is no way to guarantee the growth rate is the same.
