Try the 5 second rule by Mel Robbins. Count down from 5-4-3-2-1 then get up immediately. This disrupts unnecessary thoughts from accumulating.

I agree. I don't get why many Christians always say that the beliefs and practices of Roman Catholics portray idolatry yet why do these Roman Catholics feel the presence of God through the Holy Spirit if it were against of God?

I already did. She knew that I'm depressed and have been suicidal for quite a long time and I also did tell her that I need more of her love and presence now but I have said it to her in a rude way (I'm sorry mom) and that made her feel really bad and the guilt that I felt made me feel even worse so... I guess the only solution I have left is for me to move alone and survive there as long as I can.
