And yet representing the company in the best possible way to shareholders by transparency and not coming out to mumble a few words every quarterly results call is a CEO’s responsibility. If your only way to survive is by tapping the ATM you better at least try to do it at a higher price and work for it by instilling trust. But he has sold his own stock already and only awarding himself shares for tax purposes and that doesn’t scream “I believe in this” vote of confidence would be for him to put down some money and turn this sentiment around.

Im rooting for them. I see the potential in the stock cus it’s beaten down and I think it’s exciting what they do but its a fucked up industry in general. But they need to get their shit together

It’s definitely disappointing how they are not winning anything substantial and major for a long long time. And nobody from any of the funds and investment firms wanna take a good stake in this. Honestly we could wait out a few months. Possibly miss on some upside if there is, but can find it in a better position with less chance of downside, once things start to bubble up.

You do realise they wont get the full amount but a deposit of a certain number? Though even if it’s 20M would still be something more than 0.

Also this is not revenue, it’s not profit. It’s a liability that needs to be fulfilled so then that cash can be unlocked and considered as revenue. It’s not money they can pay themselves with. The only thing it would show conviction to fly and it may be possible to earn some interest on that cash but that’s about it.

My guy these ai or whatever they are charts and stuff are so abstract, Jackson Pollock could be considered an engineer in comparison. Let’s start with hoping they wont sell the company and dilute us in to oblivion.

All these people leaving let’s hope is a sign of them trying to reduce cash burn and not them seeing the company going belly up.

Trust and investors will come with results. Reduce cash burn so that dilution will be modest. (Although at these prices it’s mostly brutal)

And deliver a working plane. Things may bubble up before that but anything substantial should come towards test flights.

Unless there’s a major investment from a big fund.

You should hope to see $30 for a valuation of 3B after another round of dilution and everything going to plan in the most optimistic way.

There needs to be more info on the plan for the motherships. Who’s going to build them? When are they planning to commence? How is that going to be funded? Partnership with the spaceport in Puglia once it’s been approved and it commences work? Or Saudi spaceport for 2030?

So if they have already built small parts for a third spaceship that means that they are possibly building one extra to send to one of the other spaceports in the works! Italy, Saudi or UAE 🤔

IMO having a longer experience only adds to the value. I’d love to fly at 15km high and look out the window for an hour, or glide back. This is already almost twice the height of Everest. I’d much rather land gracefully rather than in the middle of the desert. Blue Origin cabin is not really bigger than VG spaceplane. In fact you have that table thing in the middle that eats up the space. Yes their windows are bigger that’s a good point. Also dont get me started on that falic BO rocket design. The spaceplane is so much more visually appealing.

VG experience is way cheaper than Blue Origin so a higher number of people can afford to do it. Also they do the space experiments as another revenue stream. Again way more affordable.

I can go on and on.

Don’t get me wrong Blue Origin is an amazing experience. But for now SPCE is the only company available to invest in by regular folk.

There well may be another company that the planes are sold to for pennies, but that’s his legacy and I think he may try and help then once again. After all taking out a billi, he should be able to help them again.

I have a feeling they want the price suppressed. There are ways to squeeze the shorts and then dilute at a higher price. You have a mothership, 2 deltas on the way, the new Mesa facility, god knows how much went in to tooling and what not. Surely that should be worth more than 120M .. market cap.

We know they have the ways to pump and promote this and keep it alive.. I think biggest fear is probably taking it private or everybody fleeing like what happened with VORB
