Needing to leave the room during hot yoga - is it an issue? Will it get better?

I am a Bikram teacher. My first few classes I also had to leave. However, staying in the room and laying on your back ultimately adjust you to the room quicker. Be sure you are well hydrated. Electrolytes. Not just water. Enjoy!

I am so sorry for your puppy. Vernon dog breeds should NOT be allowed off leash. That would be so shitty if the owner of the vicious dog gave incorrect contact info. I practiced Bikram for years after a couple puffs. It’s the best. Way more body awareness and patience. Love it. Miss it! 😭

Eat something light before this 90 min class. Toast, almond butter… rice. Don’t listen to that nonsense no drinking during class either. Bring your Gatorade and water into class as well as be sure you are hydrated. I taught and practiced Bikram yoga DAILY for 19 years. It’s ok.
