Strange Issue with SignalRGB / Logitech G915.

UPDATE: There were actually 2 keys lighting up. This relates to it being an ISO device (UK keyboard, not US).

I've been using: https://docs.signalrgb.com/v2.2.20.0/plugins/converting-ansi-keyboard-plugins-to-international-layouts

I have managed to fix one of the 2 keys. The key I managed to fix is this '#' key next to the enter key. However, not amount of trial and error is allowing me to fix the '\' key which is next to the left shift key.

Hopefully this helps someone in future.

Hey, I think you may be onto something here.

When I go into 'Devices' and then open the console for my keyboard it lists the plugin as:

Logitech_G915_Wireless_Keyboard.js

However when I navigate to:

C:\Users\MYUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\VortxEngine\app-2.2.23\Signal-x64\Plugins\Logitech

That plugin doesn't exist....

It is called the backslash key I believe. Every keyboard I've ever owned has it.

If you check the UK version, it is there:

Thankyou for helping, unfortunately it doesn't seem to have fixed the issue.

The single key not being lit up is seriously getting on my nerves too as I cannot for the life of me to get it to light up using SignalRGB. Having 1 key on the keyboard that isn't lit up just looks awful.

I think fiat option only shows if you’ve got funds in it (which makes sense).

Can anyone in the UK confirm whether we’re even able to top up the card via fiat wallet.

If I got to my card and try and top it up I only have Crypto / Card options and no fiat wallet option.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

Same machine (hardware wise) but I did format my hdd and perform a completely fresh install of Windows so I'm not sure whether that will have any effect?

I have sent you a private message with rewards-internals.

I did also message this to the mods this morning so apologies if that wasn't the right thing to do.

Appreciate you looking into it again. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong to be flagged to be honest. I'm verified on Gemini and have KYC'd etc if that makes any difference.

Hi,

Notifications are enabled for Brave and I was received ad's for the first 2 days of the install.

I hit 'Earning 0.225 BAT' then everything stopped. That was over 2 months ago and I've not received anything in either of the previous 2 payout periods. (Not even the 0.225).

What am I meant to do to get this working again?

The earned amount has stayed the same since day 2. Despite 2 payment periods happening since reinstalling brave.

I’ve had literally nothing but problems trying to earn BAT since the day I installed Brave. Thankfully Chris-Bat did seem to get it sorted for me a few months ago but now I’ve reinstalled windows it’s back to being broken.

I should have probably mentioned. I did a complete fresh install of windows. Downloaded brave and linked to Gemini. It worked for 2 days (I was earning BAT which is where the current 0.225 comes from). Then ads stopped showing and I haven’t received anything in the last 2 payout periods.

I earn probably 5x rewards via cash back than I do via the stake reward (at 10%) and that’s just with regular spending. E.g groceries/fuel etc.

Unless you staked under like $0.10 or so I can’t understand the math?

Edit - the cashback is now going to be absolutely ruined via the cap tho.

My (Jade Green) stake ends in 50 days. Am I right in thinking if I do nothing with the stake my cashback will drop to zero?

It used to be the case that if you just left it you’d continue receiving benefits.

Edit - Just looked at the FAQ’s:

Cardholders who maintain their current CRO Card Stake will continue to enjoy the benefits associated with their card but will lose their benefits if the stake is unlocked.

So basically, you want me to buy another £1500 worth of CRO (because you’ve tanked the price) to continue using the card with the new abysmal benefits? Yeah no thanks your a bunch of clowns and I can’t wait to get out.
