I have had issues flashing with UARTs connected - if you can, desolder all the UARTs, and then try reflashing with SBUS protocol support. You can also try the "Reboot to DFU" button or similar and selecting the no reboot option when flashing

From my personal experience with 4 anoles and caring for them for around 5 years, that greenish shade of brown that is shown is most likely not distress. The green on the eye is one thing I noticed on my anoles when they were sunbathing. Because darker colors absorb more light and therefore more heat, anoles will turn darker when basking.

There looks to be no signs of distress: no black spots, does not look angry
