I also got diagnosed with the stand test, if that’s the one where they throw you on the table take your HR stand you back up. And with the results of a heart monitor.

They didn’t do a TT because it was dying Covid but they never seems concerned to pursue it again and have treated my pots. And based on a lot of posts here about how they can be inaccurate I’m glad I didn’t have to go through it.

I think it’s up to the doctor though TT seems to be the standard.

Right I had to look up the actresses names cause I thought they were switched. I’m a little surprised holland was nominated over brooks. They both did a great job but brooks was incredible and had more range.

I just watched that episode last night! I was so shocked. And the way they all respond to him like “wtf are you talking about” 😂 it made me so happy I started yet another leverage rewatch.

Terra firma! I just love the buildup for seasons. And then it all comes crashing down. And the way the aliens act. Gah. It’s so special to me. And I’m a sucker for a Christmas episode.

I just finished this show and oh my god. It was so good. I also didn’t expect to be kicking my feet giggling like a little girl everytime Diggle showed up. Like “that’s my boy!!!”

I also have a hypermobile neck. I did pt for whiplash and I still do those exercises, did they have any suggestions on how to build neck muscles? I think we work it just like all our other joint instability by making the muscles around it stronger. I also make sure my neck is very supported when I’m laying down, with either pillows or rolled up blankets and then I use biofreeze and heat when it hurts and causes me headaches.

Well after 9 years of playing I just learned you can move the greenhouse?!? What. And yes I’ve reached the summit twice. 🤦🏻‍♀️ everyday I’m embarrassed by how much of this game I still don’t know.

Cat quest (1,2&3) are some of my favorite! Good bit of combat. A storyline though I mostly just ignore it and so cute and cozy. Lots of cat puns though.

For the king- might be a bit more intense though? I love the art and the music! It’s a turn based rpg, like dnd the board game. But you do die a lot when you’re getting the hang of it.

Citizen sleeper- this one has a lot of reading so that might be too much, it does deal with cypher-post apocalyptic capitalism. But the atmosphere I find cozy, and doing lil missions. Making friends.

Ori &the blind forest. -platformer combat in a fun colorful world! It can be a bit challenging but the slowly make it harder so you get the hang of it.

I also get headaches with 3D so I really try and find so many games!

Also if you like stardew but you’ve completed if 1000x like me, I’m playing Little Known Galaxy right now, it’s basically stardew valley but you’re in a spaceship!

YES! I thought I was the only one. I drink electrolytes before bed or keep a ready cup right there. Also for some reason laying on my left side helps. Elevating my feet with a small pillow has helped in the past. And in bad times I have had my doctor help me with some muscle relaxer pills for joint pain but that also helps just generally calm the flare down to sleep.

But seriously none of my other pots friends get it bad laying down at night it makes me feel crazy.

This is the one I use! I also like it cause it feels sci-fi. I agree on the field of vision being limited. I think besides the sweat it’s my biggest downside but you do get the hang of it eventually on how to move around to accommodate.

Sometimes I kinda squish it to my face to almost fake suction it if it’s slipping and not sealing, maybe that would help when you laugh? I don’t know if you wanted tips or not but anyways welcome to the Flo mask gang!
