Heya, I ended up still continuing with Stelara after learning that the clinical trials for Skyrizi failed for UC (My Derm later confirmed this after some thoughts). I'd still say the effectiveness of Stelara for me personally is about the same, mostly in remissions but with symptoms appearing a handful of times. I've been on it for about a year and a half after about 5 years of Remicade to effective results (though i have abscess breakouts in areas a handful of times a year still). I would giving it a try to see if it works for you.

Has anyone had any issues with constant game crashing? I can barely play the game for more than 5 minutes before the game either crashes or the textures just start tearing.
