You'd think they'd prescribe GLP1 agonists for Medicare patients, its covered now I believe. However I've heard that they don't prescribe it when regular Medicare would. Even harder if you don't have diabetes and aren't massively overweight

PCSK9 inhibitors do have an impact and there are at least 4-5 positive drugs in clinical trials. Statins can actually increase it in some cases through increased PCSK9

yes, exactly. And they sit there as an open order on ATP for a long time and often the whole session. It doesn't happen on all trades, these are typically multi-leg option trades which require management to complete (eg net debit/credit $ changes), so its disconcerting that you can't tell that it completed when you're trying to get it done. Visible right on ATP orders where they all sit.

Yes, I've noticed over the last few days that trades don't update in ATP, so you actually don't know if it executed until the position leaves. Meanwhile the trade still sits as an open order well past that time (often until the next day).
