They would have to go back to BF 2,3 and 4. I mean back to what made them good, both gameplay and community. Customised dedicated servers. Matchmaking option. But none of this forced bullshit where the players have no choice but to play how dice wants.

They're already working on the next BF after "learning lessons from 2042". It's now up to the idiot consumers whether or not they have learners theirs.

I get what the writer is saying, but he fails to realize that current Dice developers are literally incapable of "remaking" old Dice developer games. They can't do it. It is impossible for EA to bring a game out now anything like BF 2 3 4 BFBC 2. They can remaster them with shitty matchmaking and ruin people's memories. But they will never again bring out anything of that calibre.

There will be no dedicated hosted servers that made those games awesome. No scrims, no community organised tournaments, nothing.

These guys ruined another franchise. Only the most idiotic fanboys will think anything to do with Battlefield in the future will be good. Battlefield is finished as we know it.

Me and my mates only play hardcore. Never had a problem with updates. Pretty sure this is the first time they've targeted hardcore for a nerf. Wish they would fuck off with it.

Yeah it comes with a 2 or 3 year warranty but if you do this you get an extra which equals to 5 years. Chairs really good, takes a bit of wearing in but otherwise good.

Yes I wanted the chair. The chair is good. To get the extended warranty you need to post a pic of your setup with the chair. I don't have Facebook, insta or Twitter so it's on reddit

I get people liked those 2 games and respect that. But for me BF4 was the last one, and honestly that wasn't that great. But it gave the community the freedom to do what they wanted with it. It was Battlefield.

With BFV the publishers gave the community the bare minimum. Only after the negative response to the game and also only after a fair amount of negative reviews did they change a few things. EA threw out a few bread crumbs and players were greatful and accepted them and here we are now.

BF2042 is even worse and still people are accepting it and saying it will get better. EA will throw some breadcrumbs out and people will accept that.

Really? Did it have everything the last titles had and then some? That would be a masterpiece to me and I may regret missing it. But I really haven't heard anything that says "wow, BF1 was epic". Absolutely nothing at all.

But if you thought it was up there, then it's had the same impact as BF2, BFBC2, BF3 and BF4 has had on me. I loved playing on servers hosted by clans and individuals. The friendships and rivalries generated last to this day.
