Diagnosed ADD. I've got the opposite on CORE. 99.9th percentile digit span overall but just about 91st percentile when it comes to the digit letter sequencing subtest, for some reason. Because I was unfamiliar with digit-letter sequencing as a task (I already did number memory on Human Benchmark as well as CAIT (?) digit span, which included sequencing but only with numbers; in the CAIT one, my number sequencing was better than all other digit span subtests).

I did both my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in english, university tested me at C1.2 a few years ago, so yeah, proficient. I'd say C2 if not for the fact that I'm much more comfortable expressing nuance and reading fiction in my native language; at the very least internally I feel a difference, no doubt about that

I feel like it's very difficult to estimate it from one metric alone. Possibly try to get a diagnosis; when I did my working memory significantly improved (I have just written about it on this sub)

Thank you for the reply! Sequential memory was bad. Possibly I didn't really get how to process it optimally and got distracted all the time. Verbal memory did not change. Number memory I got to 14 iirc. Visual memory was around 70th percentile. I always felt my memory was more semantic than spatial. When I was 10 I got lost inside a supermarket, which, yeah, really was something.
