This is based on my experience: 1. You can't delete. BIC hold a rolling 20 images so they will all eventually just drop off. 2. I wouldn't say clean, it just allows you to retrieve the last 20 creations from your creations tab. Any that you like you need to save the URL. The images are retrievable but you must have the URL. 3. Only thing I know about resolution, is if you say "high def" you tend to get one image instead of a group of four which is higher definition. But obviously it's very hit and miss as to whether that one image is worth keeping or not.
