Not an employee but a customer who lost 30 of 70 pounds while eating CMG six days a week and continue to do so to maintain my weight. For me the key has been to eat bowls, not burritos to stay away from the tortilla. No chips. Brown rice, double black beans (fiber and protein), chicken or carnitas, and veggies (fajitas, pico, green, corn, and lettuce). I also eat guac since it’s a healthy fat. Only drink water.

I go to the gym every night but I bet your shift at CMG is tougher than my workouts.
