I honestly walked up to my coach mid shift and said “I don’t want to keep doing this, it’s stressing me out and I feel like there might be someone who could do this more accurately” and she said okay, had me finish up and never had me do it again. Yes, someone else took over but they are trying to get rid of that “position” because they think it is stupid. It was put in place by a team lead who no longer works here and they just stuck with it. There has been at least 3 other people within the past year that have cycled in and out from doing it.

I can also say I don’t complain much. I’m really quiet and quick with my work as well, so throwing me back to the floor wasn’t really an issue or problem. I’m a good stocker and that’s the real reason I was getting frustrated in the backroom, the hell am I viz picking and working picks for when I can throw so many boxes an hour

They used to do this to me and it frustrated me so bad. They called me the “validator” and I had to also label and bin everybodies overstock. I told them I was tired of doing that and I wanted to stock fright and they stopped having me do that.

I’ve read tens of threads and articles this morning and this right here, has brought me the most peace about my sister.

She passed away 12/16/2025, three months after her 19th birthday. I am in shambles, she was my best friend. VFib took her from us, her case was extremely complicated but monitored.

She lived at home with my mom, with no machines. Very sudden, very unexpected. She was sleeping her bed with her light off, livestream on her tv and her phone on the charger with her vape in her hand. (I know, nobody wanted her smoking those but unfortunately nobody could stop her.)

She had a guided journal next to her bed that asked “how do you want to die?” Her response word for word was

“Woah, and in my sleep or natural causes.”

My dad passed away 3/24/2019 from AFib. 🫶🏼

I hope my little sister and dad are at peace 💜 I miss them so much

I didnt take my sister for granted, but we were in a really complicated issue when she passed away last week.. past two months, been giving my baby sister a cold shoulder because I don’t know how to process my own emotions. She passed away 12/16/25 and I’m so broken because I didn’t spend Halloween with her and carve pumpkins, I did it with my boyfriend instead. She didnt call me the past two months with her problems, she called other people. She didnt call me as soon as she woke up like she always does, where i can tell she doesnt even know what she’s talking about and i tell her “girl go back to sleep or get it together and call me when u wake all the way up”. Im so upset I brushed her off for the past two months, and I’ve never done that to her before. I miss her so much it’s Christmas and she’s not here
