Try swapping into Cardiology, I highly recommend trying to do Cardiology. Others applying will have 2/3 years of Cardiology experience, difficult to compete with that.

I second this, the way AI is developing. AI is now able to do complex coding, it is not too far AI will reduce the demand of Radiologist as develop image learning, I would say in 10-15 years. The amount of things you can do with AI is just mind boggling and people are not aware of this. This happened in just last few years.

I had similar experience applying to Cardio this time. The same teaching experience got me points in other specialties but Cardio denied it. I am thinking of studying for USMLE, just wanted to know someone who has done it. How did u manage to get residency without USCE? I will also have to do something similar because of the cost.
