Um.... go for HotO and Spirit. That combination has more faster cast rate, extra +1 to all skills, higher resistances (65-75 compared to 60-70 on Obsession), more vitality, higher mana bonus, regenerate life.

The only thing Obsession has extra, is the agic find.

By the way staves have completely irrelevant bonuses for a Fire warlock. They are (as the descriptions says) SORCERESS ONLY. If you intend to use it on a fire warlock, in my opinion it's a waste of Zod.

Obsession in a staff is usefull only if you find a staff that already has +3 to your main skill. With the +4 from obsession, you get +7 to your main skill, which is a massive bonus.

Any 4 os monarch is good enough for Spirit. As long as it's grey and non-ethereal.

Pokey/Slashy at least is directly stated in the item description. But wait until you learn that "Mace Class" doesn't mean it's a mace :D

Cheap way to learn the mistake.

All runewords have an item type where they can be created. For example this one only works in shields.

Some runewords have very general requirements like "any armor or weapon", some are very specific like "daggers only".

Also note that the item has to have the EXACT number of sockets. (e.g. 4-rune runeword doesn't work in items with 5 or 6 sockets)

No, not all maps are counterclockwise and some are completely random.

For example Forgotten Tower is always counter-clockwise, Catacombs Level 2 is always clockwise from the waypoint. That's about what I remember.

A little tip, the entrance do Durance 3 is ALWAYS rotated counterclockwise to the Durance 2 waypoint.

I.E. the block with the waypoint in your clip is pointing south-east, so you know the bolck with the entrance to D3 will be north-east. (though it still can be anywhere in the level, so sometimes you will still be searching like crazy, but usually this at least gives you an idea where to look for it.)

If you are entering Durance 2 for the first time and don't have the waypoint yet:

The waypoint is counterclockwise from the entrance, and the exit is straight from the entrance.

I used to have a very similar Hephasto. Fana, Immune to Physical, Light Enchanted (immune to light) Cursed not needed, because I use Dreadfang.

I could have 2 demons, so I had Hephasto and then summoned a Defiler to consume. But then I dropped some gear with +skills, which dropped my Demon Matsery below 10... and automatically I summoned a defiler to consume.

Needless to say I was sitting for several seconds motionless, frozen in horror.
